Lisa Jones is a mum of three, passionate E-commerce expert and builder of 3 x multi-million dollar e-commerce brands.
Most famous for co-founding Ecoriginals, the worlds greenest nappy and wipes brand, which she sold to a private equity investor in 2020, Lisa is currently building up her new e-com brand Aussie Man Hands (hand cream for tradies!!).
Lisa also shares her uncomplicated approach to starting, growing and scaling up online brands through her high touch mentoring programs and retreats, as well as sharing her expertise on stages, inside her podcast and book, and all her social channels. SHE-com is Lisa's creation based on her dream to connect amazing she-compreneurs to each other to share stories, successes and strategies.
As co-founder of award-winning online retailer MTB Direct, Jen’s experience includes everything from bootstrapping a startup, to being a female leader in a male-dominated industry, and being something of a pioneer in ecommerce in her space.
She’s guided the business through many key transitions, including a significant private equity investment round, and as a well-regarded speaker and facilitator, she is always willing to share her insights (both from her wins, and from her failures!).
Jen is also a hands-on mum who has been homeschooling her three children for several years.
Frankie Layton - Founder of The Dirt Company
Frankie Layton is the Founder of The Dirt Company, Australia’s first ever completely circular packaging brand. The Dirt Company sells laundry products in thoughtfully designed dispenser bottles that are replenished using refill packs. The packs are returned for sanitisation and reuse, effectively eliminating plastic waste from the wash cycle.
Over the past four years The Dirt Company have amassed more than 70,000 customers, and have prevented more than 75 tonnes of plastic from being created.
The idea has been featured in Smart Company, Broadsheet, 9 Honey, The Age, Sydney Morning Herald, BuzzFeed and The Guardian.
Frankie’s passion for sustainability came early, seeing the waste in remote parts of the Atlantic Ocean while Stewardessing on SuperYachts. Following her University and a 7 year career in Strategic Consulting, Frankie had the idea to tackle this waste by redesigning a packaging system for household products. The Dirt Company was officially launched in 2017.
Erin Deering - Co founder of Triangl Swimwear
Erin Deering is an Australian entrepreneur. At the age of 27 she co-founded Triangl, a global swimwear brand, and has been listed as one of Australia’s top richest people under 40 for six years in a row, with a business previously valued at $200m.
Since exiting the business in 2018, Erin is a sought-after keynote speaker and spends her time advising and mentoring other women to achieve balance while simultaneously chasing their dreams.
Erin has appeared in The Times, Bloomberg, The Independent, Daily Telegraph, Vogue Australia, Sydney Morning Herald as well as numerous publications and podcasts.
She lives in Melbourne, with the love of her life, raising her four children.
Mel Haque - Founder of Wild Dough Playdough
Melissa Haque is the founder and CEO of Wild Dough, an international award-winning entrepreneur, business mentor, bestselling co-author, marketing lover and mother, known for her passion for business, cheerful disposition and overly loud laugh.
Wild Dough was born when the playdough available on the market didn’t meet her “mum needs” so she developed her own. Wild Dough Playdough is a great smelling, long lasting, rehydratable playdough that is soft enough for the littlest hands to manipulate.

Melissa is also passionate about supporting other women to succeed in business and mentors self-made product owners and has co-authored bestselling book “Courage and Confidence” sharing her knowledge to help women aspiring to start their own business.

Her innovative approach to subscription based ecommerce selling, along with her approach to building the brand to be completely automated, allowed her to exit the company in late 2018 to focus on building her coaching brand.

Anaita Sarkar - Founder of Hero Packaging
Anaita is the Co-Founder and CEO of Hero Packaging, Author of Sell Anything Online, Guest Lecturer at Macquarie University, and host of Mamamia podcast, Lady Startup Academy. From their dining table, Anaita and her husband, Vik, co-founded Hero Packaging, an online home-compostable packaging company. What started as a solution for her previous business, to replace the enormous amount of plastic used to ship her products, is now a global company that has sold over 20 million compostable mailers. Hero Packaging has had incredible growth in the last 4 years and now has over 40,000 customers. The goal has always been to make packaging fun again, whilst doing better for the planet. Anaita’s main focus has been on building a go-to packaging brand and an engaged community of like-minded businesses. Anaita has been featured in Entrepreneur.com, SBS, Smart Company, Channel 7’s Sunrise and Mamamia’s Lady Startups.
Co-founded content agency Willow & Blake, co-directing the company for five years. In 2013 Erika co-founded skincare company frank body, which went on to become an international beauty brand. In 2016, Erika left Willow & Blake and frank body, and has since been working on her new venture in beauty, Fluff.
This one is her favourite. She also owned a cafe in Abbotsford with three friends, called Little Big Sugar Salt, which she recently sold. Erika likes to spend her time around equal amounts of plants, dogs, good friends, and good food and coffee.
A few years ago Erika and her best friend and creative partner, Charl Laubscher, decided to write a children’s book, Me Too. Along with illustrator Andrew Murray (Gatsby), they hoped to complete the project in six months. It took them two years. Me Too was published by Walker Books Australia in February 2018.
Kristy Withers is the founder of Incy Interiors, a designer children’s furniture company. In 2011, interiors enthusiast and mum, Kristy Withers founded lncy Interiors, an Australian owned and designed company specialising in designer baby and childrens furniture.
lncy Interiors transpired after Kristy's long and exhausting search to find her son Oscar's first 'big boy' bed. Her regular work-related travels to the US and Europe Australia gave her exposure to the myriad of products and styles on offer, something that was simply missing in Australia.
Kristy's frustration, coupled with a gentle push from her husband Simon, to "stop talking about it and just do it!" led to the birth of lncy Interiors, and with that, the launch of high quality designer kids' furniture in Australia.
Kristy Chong is the Founder of Modibodi, life-changing absorbent apparel brand. Her vision with Modibodi was for all people to have higher expectations of the physical, emotional and ethical comfort they get from clothing, forgo disposables, and feel empowered to live more comfortably in themselves, without limitations. Emma is the co-founder of the iconic Australian brand The Beach People - makers of luxe essentials for the land and sea. In true disruptor style, this female founder changed the textile industry on a global scale with the creation of the original round towel, the “Roundie.” Since then, Emma and her sister Victoria have been developing this world renown lifestyle brand with a gorgeous aesthetic, innovative product designs and a commitment to selling versatile products that can last as long as the memories their customers create with them.
With her sight set on building the world’s most loved lifestyle brand, this mother of 4 daughters and wife to one husband and one fur baby, understands that their business was built off the back of social media. She is personally responsible for growing the @thebeachpeople account to their first 200K followers before adding a team that is working towards reaching the coveted first Million followers, while she continues to create innovative products such as the insulated picnic basket, the wet bucket and the sand-free cabana towel. Jordana Edwards is the founder and CEO of The Breastfeeding Tea Co. Jordana built her first ecommerce store Clean Tea from market stall to multimillion dollar brand before selling in 2021. Jordana's new business The Breastfeeding Tea Co launched in 2020, amidst covid lockdowns to go on to become Australia's number #1 breastfeeding tea company in 2 short years.
In the old tale of " I couldn't find the solution, so I made one" Jordana has created a range of fenugreek free teas to help increase milk supply, aid baby's wind and colic and support mothers through their postpartum journey becoming Jordana's second million dollar brand in under 18 months.
