AFTERNOON
Arrive mid afternoon at the Sudamala Hotel in Sanur, Bali. Get your welcome drink on arrival and check into your room, then spend the afternoon relaxing by the pool or reading a book in bed.
We meet as a group for welcome drinks at 5pm followed by a special welcome dinner with an Indonesian rijsttafel dinner, set under fairy lights in the garden (weather permitting) and an opportunity to get to know your fellow retreat ladies.
SUNDAY 15 October
Morning
Kick off with breakfast at your leisure, followed by a 9.30am workshop.
Today we will take a deep dive into your business to look at where your risks and opportunities lie, and we will begin the process of helping you to build out a roadmap for 2023.
MONDAY 16 October
Afternoon
After a lunch under the pergola, we will continue the workshop and our team will get interactive with you to help work on your roadmap.
Evening
Dinner tonight is at a secret beach location.

After a breakfast at your leisure, we kick off another full day of workshops for your business today. This morning will have us looking at your marketing strategies.
TUESDAY 17 October
Afternoon
After a working lunch we bring in a guest speaker on product sourcing in Bali and Indonesia and how to incorporate sustainable and ethical
manufacturing into your supply chain.
During the day you will also have access to several supply chain experts to discuss your manufacturing needs in Indonesia.
Evening
Tonight, we have another secret dinner location for a relaxed, healthy dinner and a beachfront opportunity to network with our coaches, supply chain experts and each other.

Its important we switch over to a different energy today so that you can tap into your creative energy and start to let your bigger plans for your brand filter into your heart.
Today we leave early for a day out to Ubud, where we have access to a jungle swimming pool and hotel room to leave your items and get changed, and today we all get a 90 minute massage at a beautiful day spa, and lunch in a jungle cafe. We also get time to relax, swim, do photo shoots at another beautiful hotel, and shop in Ubud. Identifying new products you could source in Bali is an important part of this retreat, and Ubud is a mecca for shoppers, so bring an empty bag and plan to wander the streets following Lisa's mud map of her favourite shops to find new inspiration for your store.
We finish the day with an amazing Balinese dinner in a tropical garden before heading back to our Sanur hotel.

- Product sourcing trips around Bali in small groups based on your manufacturing categories.

Tonight we eat our final farewell dinner together with a beautiful BBQ set up around the swimming pool.

- Leisurely day to relax and shop/swim/hang out with each other
- Use the co-workspace to get access to a mentor to help with a business strategy or two.
- Further product sourcing trips around Bali with our sourcing coaches and team.
FRIDAY 20 October
CHECK OUT
Please note, you will have to check out of your room by 10am, however you can choose to pay a day use rate directly to the hotel to keep your room until the evening when you can choose to fly home, or stay another night and have some time to yourself.
Lisa scoured Bali for the perfect retreat venue. To keep the pace relaxed and sleepy (and not distracting!) she picked Sanur and the Sudamala Hotel.
This is a lovely 4 star hotel, keeping the retreat pricing affordable, but without compromising on a little bit of luxury (you should see the bathrooms!).
We have done a hotel “buy out” which means you will be the only guests inside this lovely little hotel, this also means no screaming kids in the pool AND you can chat to any other guests confidently knowing they are SHE-commers just like you!!
The Sudamala is a 32 room hotel with a pool, yoga hut, gorgeous day spa, restaurant, room service and gardens.
The rooms are a mixture of ground floor with courtyards and first floor rooms with balconies, and all are very well air conditioned and furnished to a high standard. There is WIFI throughout the hotel and all rooms have TVs.
You will be extremely comfortable and able to relax and recharge in this lovely space.
Please note - We have a small number of twin share rooms where you can select a travel buddy to share a room with (or we will allocate you a room buddy if required), or you can choose a to book a solo room to have the space to yourself.

Lisa has travelled to Bali more than 25 times as an adult.
She has hand picked our drivers, restaurants and hotels. She also has friends who live in Bali permanently and is well connected.
There is an international hospital close to our hotel and security at the hotel (not that we will need any of that of course!). Not once in her more than 25 times to Bali has Lisa every experienced any crime of any sort.
Of course as an adult you will need to make safe decisions whilst there but as a team we will do everything we can to ensure your safety and security, which includes eating in the restaurants we take you to (no one wants Bali belly!).
If you are nervous about flying over on your own, we can try and match you with a travel buddy for flights to the retreat.
Visa travel requirements to Bali change regularly and we suggest you check closer to departure date. However at this point all travellers are required to be double dose vaccinated to enter Indonesia and return to Australia (not booster though). You will be required to buy a visa on arrival on an Australian passport which is inexpensive. You must have at least 6 months validity left on your passport to enter Indonesia.
Yes you absolutely should. We have been using fastcover.com.au Travel Insurance for low cost comprehensive insurance including medical cover should you have any kind of emergency whilst in a foreign country. One you have paid for your retreat we suggest you take out the insurance straight away to cover you should you have to cancel for any reason.
